Great whiskey is about great ingredients. And the first ingredient is water, and ours is sourced from an untouched rain forest river in the Belizean jungle, upper Yaha Creek. 2.5 oz Maya Man Bourbon
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange/Lemon Twist Garnish
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with cubed ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with orange and lemon twist.

1.5 oz Maya Man Bourbon
0.25 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
0.25 oz Chocolate Cream Liqueur
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
Shake all the ingredients, double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, layer the chocolate cream on top, and garnish with the gold flakes. Serve with a side of Ferrero Roche chocolate.
For the foam:
0.75 oz Heavy cream
0.5 oz of Mozart Chocolate cream
¼ of a bar spoon of instant coffee
Using a hand frother, create a thick foam.

1.5 oz Maya Man Bourbon
.75 oz scotch
.5 oz amaro
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz grenadine
Garnish: Poblano foam & small candied pinecone

When hosting, it can be tough to play bartender all night. That’s why our large batch Hot Toddy recipe is ideal–prepared in advance, you simply keep it warm in a slow cooker or insulated serving vessel, and then top with a couple dashes of aromatic bitters when serving. Here’s to a holly jolly holiday!
1 750ml Bottle Maya Man Bourbon
8.5 oz Honey Syrup (2:1 honey:water)
8.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.25 oz Fresh Ginger Juice
2 quarts + 1 cup Hot Water
Aromatic bitters (2 dashes in each ser

1.5 oz Maya Man Bourbon
.75 oz rum
Bar spoon allspice dram
Barspoon amontillado sherry
1 oz orange juice
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz Chai simple syrup
Garnish: star anise

1 oz Maya Man Bourbon
1 oz aged rum
.5 oz cinnamon syrup
.25 oz apple brandy
.25 oz amaro
3 dashes burnt honey bitters
Garnish: dehydrated apple slice and cinnamon stick
